Urban Jiu Jitsu is empowering the community in Cape Town through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With focused, small-sized classes, we ensure every student gets the attention they need to grow, whether they’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or sharpening an advanced game. From beginner to advanced, in both gi and no-gi, our classes are designed to help individuals build confidence, discipline, and real skill.
