About Novagen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the world’s most effective martial art that uses leverage and technique whereby a smaller individual can overpower and defeat a much larger opponent. It is the oldest BJJ gym in South Africa. We have classes from Monday to Saturday for the whole family, regardless of your physical ability or skill level. We also offer self-defence classes and seminars.
