Welcome to Cornerstone Grappling Academy, where passion, dedication and family values merge to create a vibrant community of jiu-jitsu enthusiasts. It all started with a father’s passion for Jiu-Jitsu. From an early age, Luke and Hannah Griffith were introduced to the world of grappling by their dad, who was captivated by the functionality of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A devoted coach whose simple intent was to teach his children “self-defence” that worked! He instilled in them not just the techniques of jiu-jitsu but also the discipline, respect, and perseverance that come with it. What started as a home school gym around 2007 was turned into a little business in 2019 when Luke started training more seriously with the hope of competing overseas. This dream became a reality for him in 2021, and he is currently training & competing in the USA. Lloyd & Hannah have continued to run the classes alongside the rest of our awesome team! Our Academy offers comprehensive training programs for beginner to intermediate practitioners and competing athletes. At Cornerstone Grappling Academy, we are more than just a training facility; we are a family. Our story is one of dedication & hard work. We have a simple but profound vision, to create a place where individuals from all walks of life can come together to learn, grow and thrive through the art of jiu jitsu. Our goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges both on and off the mat, join us in this journey and become part of our Jiu Jitsu community.
